BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bed linen and towels for bed rooms and bathroom are included in the booking price (the first supply), any further supply will be charged at the price of € 18,00.
Guests are required to show a valid identity document and credit card at the check in, to undersign ritual documents and house rules.
Check in is foreseen between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm.
Check out is strictly foreseen within 10.00 am otherwise the extra day will be charged.
It is not allowed to let outside people into the structure without permission. The direction must be warned and their documents have to be shown..
Any damages caused by guests will be charged to them.
The Direction declines any responsibility for any missing items left unwatched in the structure
Cancellation policy: 100% refund if the cancellation is communicated at least 90 days prior arrival date, 50% refund between 89 and 40 days, from 39 days to arrival date 100% penalty is due.
